Shipping FAQs

Do you ship worldwide? Are there shipping restrictions? 
We ship all over the world to most countries! The exception being Russia. There are major restrictions with Import into Russia which means that a lot of our shipments are returned without question. We recommend finding an alternative shipping location.

What are the shipping times?
We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s (NZ time) and generally international shipments take 3-5 business days to arrive.

What shipping company do you use?
International – Our default courier is Fedex. We can use DHL or UPS if requested.
National (New Zealand) – Courier post

What shipping options do you offer?
International – Priority shipping is our default which can take up to 5 working days. Economy can take up to 14 working days.
National (New Zealand) – Overnight priority (working days only)

Is shipping included in the price?
Most of our bigger ticket products include shipping in the price – canopies and parts/accessories. Merchandise and some small items may have shipping on top, but this will be shown in your cart before purchase.

What if I want the canopy delivered to a new address after its shipped?
We can change the shipping address anytime before the order leaves the factory. Once it has left the factory there is an additional fee charged by the courier. (This varies from country to country and needs to be paid before it is cleared)

Does shipping include customs clearance?
The invoiced price includes shipping costs to your agreed address, however does not include any import taxes and duties that your country may require for clearance purposes. Shipments are held for 5 working days at destination to obtain customs duties clearance. If returned to NZ Aerosports Ltd there will be additional cost for return and re-shipment. This cost varies from country to country and will be on charged to the Buyer.

What if my order is damaged in transit?
Report any damaged or lost items to shipping@nzaerosports.com including a description of the damage and photos of the damaged packaging/product. Risk of loss for products purchased from NZ Aerosports passes to you upon delivery of items to the carrier. Please file any claims for damaged or lost shipment to the shipping company within 14 days of delivery. That said, we’ll do what we can to help out where we are able.

Transfer of ownership
Title to the Products will pass to the Customer upon dispatch. Delivery is on an ‘FCA’ basis; therefore ownership of goods passes to the Buyer once the goods are passed to the Freight Forwarder.
