Fri 16 July 10

At German Swooping Open in Fehrbellin from June 23rd to June 27th, Daedalus JVX 79 pilot Tobi Scherrinsky managed to improve last year’s result and won 1st place in the overall standings.

In a thrilling neck-and-neck race against last year’s winner Wuzi Wagner, Tobi kept the spectators in suspense and came third place in Speed and second in Distance. In defiance of rising cross wind, his excellent result in Accuracy finally managed to lift him on winner’s podium of the leading German swooping edge.

Alltogehter, there were 26 contestants from more than 10 different countries. Next to Tobi, JVX pilot Maik Süptitz achieved 3rd place in Distance and Alex Spadi turned out 10th in the overall standings with his JVX 89.
